Inside the config is a eula that you must agree to which basically means you won't take credit for the project. The eula.txt contains all the eula information and will auto-generate inside the folder of the plugin. You must set the eula: true for the plugin to work, if it is false it will shut the plugin down and send a message to console saying to enable it.
