Have you ever thought that Minecraft is a bit too grindy? Constantly going back-and-forth trying to get enough (insert material here) for your latest project? Tired of having too little everything?
Well, might I introduce the Duplicatory, a duplication machine that can duplicate most items in the game.
This mod does not even try to be balanced, so if you want to add it to a modpack, keep that in mind.
That being said, how do you craft it?
All you need is 8 cyan dye and a chest. It really pretty simple.\
Yeah, I could have made it take diamonds, or diamond blocks, or anything like that. But the point is that it's an early-game, simple, overpowered way of killing the grind for materials. Besides, cyan dye is a bit harder to come across than you might think.
How does it work?
The Duplictory's GUI looks like a normal chest, except for a massive button at the bottom that says "duplicate." When clicked, any item in the chest will instantly be doubled!
Including unstackable items. Oops... I might fix that one day.
Why this mod?
Besides the fact that it appears to be the only duplication mod for recent versions, the Duplicatory is easier to figure out than a lot of other mods. It's a chest with a big button, what more do you need? Plus, the Duplicatory acts as a regular chest, too (hence the name Duplicatory). Not sure why you'd need that if you have infinite chests, but hey, it works.
Can I use it in my modpack?
Absolutely! That's what this mod is for, after all: Annihilation of the early- and late-game grind of many mods. In fact, you don't even need to credit me (although I'd still like it).
Can I repost this mod on/off of Curseforge?
Absolutely not. In no circumstance can you ever repost someone's mod unless they give direct permission!
