Hi! This is my first Minecraft mod, created to learn modding and improve gameplay with a small but useful feature. I’ve always found it frustrating when double doors don’t open together, so I made DoubleDoor to fix that!
DoubleDoor is a lightweight quality-of-life mod that enhances the behavior of doors in Minecraft. When you open a door, this mod checks if there's another door next to the one you're opening. If so, it automatically opens or closes the neighboring door as well, making double door setups feel more intuitive and natural.
Double Door Sync: Open or close two adjacent doors simultaneously with a single click.
Respects hinge direction: Only syncs doors with opposite hinges (i.e., proper double-door layout).
Iron doors are can be open as double door with redstone (button, pressure plate, lever etc.).
Trap doors are ignored.
Lightweight and compatible with most modpacks.
