HAPPY EIGHT YEARS to DiseaseCraft, I've been secretly working on updating to 1.18.2--completely rewritten from scratch. With eight diseases you can contract (one for every year of this mod's existence), one you can develop, and an almost infinite number of possibilities for how to create your own diseases, this mod is back and stronger than ever. All it took was six years off and... well... you know what happened in the last two and a half years...

DiseaseCraft is a mod that adds more than 8 new diseases that alter the player's movement and everyday life. These can be achieved by simply hugging a rat, eating raw meat, or exploring long distances. Create/Trade medication, which can help you or harm you. Try to survive and thrive as disease and plague sneak towards you at every corner!

Requires Minecraft Forge 1230 or later!
