The Dimensional Bridge Builder is an item that will place blocks in front of you as you walk in any direction. Currently requires having the blocks present in your inventory to function. For all blocks besides rail the block is placed under your feet in front of you as you walk forward. Works with rails in a similar fashion.
Found in the Tool's Creative Tab.
How to use: Sneak/shift + Right Click on a targeted block. This block is the block that will be placed and reduced from your inventory when holding right click and moving forward.

Creative Mode to not require having the resource in your inventory.
Alert detection when running low on blocks.
