DEVOUR is a small little mod which adds its own type of cannibalism. You must acquire enchantments, such as Harvesting, to be able to feast off killing your friends in multiplayer worlds!
You can acquire meats and organs, depending on the type of enchantment (and the level of it) on your weapon of choice. And then feast off of them! Different organs and "pieces" may yield their own special effects, such as Strength from consuming Muscle.
Be careful, however, as these foods come with a very strong addiction, and it may become difficult to stop feasting when you've started!
