Imagine an Observer, but it can also mine and place blocks.
The Deserver will emit a Redstone signal when detecting a prefered Block. You can specify up to 5 Blocks which will not be broken.
All detected blocks that are not in the Filter will be broken, if the proper Tool is provided.
