CustRo - Custom Rockets

CustRo is a plugin that allows you to design fireworks and summon them with commands.
How to use the plugin:

Command	Permission	Description
/cr star create <star> <color> <shape> [effect] [effect]	custro.star.create	Create a new star
/cr star delete <star>	custro.star.delete	Delete an existing star
/cr star list	custro.star.list	View a list of all existing stars
/cr rocket create <rocket> <power> <star1> [star2] [star3] [...]	custro.rocket.create	Create a new rocket
/cr rocket delete <rocket>	custro.rocket.delete	Delete an existing rocket
/cr rocket list	custro.rocket.list	View a list of all existing rockets
/cr rocket summon <rocket> [amount]	custro.rocket.summon	Summon rockets to your inventory

Command Arguments:

<rocket>: The name of a rocket.
<star>: The name of a star.
<color>: The name or number of a color.
0 - black
1 - red
2 - green
3 - brown
4 - blue
5 - purple
6 - cyan
7 - silver
8 - gray
9 - pink
10 - lime
11 - yellow
12 - lightblue
13 - magenta
14 - orange
15 - white
<shape>: The star's shape (small, large, star, creeper, burst)
<effect>: Flicker or Trail
Note that typing the same effect a second time will not affect the resulting star.
"/cr star create mystar blue small flicker flicker" produces exactly the same result as
"/cr star create mystar blue small flicker"
<power>: A modifier that affects the distance the firework travels before exploding.
Must be a number 1-3.
<amount>: The number of rockets to summon.
Must be a number greater than 0.
