This addon will make each Cursed Technique usable only by one player (Can be changed through the config to set the max players per technique)
Meaning once a player joins they will be given a random technique from the technique list which you can modify to include addon techniques

Disable the binding vow Technique Sacrifice
Disable the /cursedfate SetTechnique command ( There is a new command you can use to manually set a technique /cursedfate Unique SetTechnique )
Add a config file that allows customization to your liking see more below
Add a /cursedfate Unique ResetTechnique (This is the only way to change a player technique right now)
Add a /curesedfate Unique CheckTaken (This will show a list of all taken techniques and their holders)

Config
As of now the config allow you do the following things
1- Set which techniques that can be granted to newly joined players
2- A section for Exclusive techniques, any technique listed here it won't be randomly assigned to a player and must be manually given by an admin through the command /cursedfate Unique SetTechnique
3- Set the max number of players allowed per technique (if set to 2 then 2 players can have the same technique default is 1)
