Description
Are you bored by the lack of wildlife in Minecraft?
Are you looking to build a zoo and want to fill your aviaries and aquariums?
Did you always want a golden eagle or barn owl to fight beside you in survival mode?
Then this is the mod for you!
Frikinzi's Fauna (for 1.12.2, 1.16.5, and 1.18.2) adds a variety of real life animals to Minecraft that are not usually found in other animal mods with a focus on avian and water creatures. You can find many of these animals while exploring the jungles, forests, tundras, wastelands, and coasts in your Minecraft world, and tame and breed many of them!

FAQ:
Will the mod update to 1.19/1.20?
I intend to update the mod to 1.20 at some point. Since I'm the only person coding the mod, it's unlikely that I will port it to 1.19, as each port takes at least a few months. There is no set date for each port.
Will there be a Fabric/Bedrock/DS/Samsung fridge version?
No.
Can you please add x bird into the mod?
Put suggestions in the Discord server! I can’t put every suggestion into the mod, but I do read through everyone’s! Multiple people’s suggestions already made it in.
Will you add extinct birds/mammals/reptiles/amphibians/nematodes/worms/yeast/flies/fleas?
No.
