the mod is made with an idea of making a proper copper themed mod without getting too much into steampunk vibes.
the mod includes a few new weapons and tools, mobs, ect.
the items enchant the gameplay progression by making things like mining, or killing any moving object within a 30 blocks radius, easier
the mobs on the other hand will make stuff like mining for resources, and exploring the caves, more difficult by making even such thing as ores dangerous
