CommandPrefix is used to allow the use of any symbol to access server commands. Usually you use the forward slash ("/") but this plugin allows for any prefix to be used.
Run the plugin once to create the default config.yml file which will add the use of "!". Then edit/add to the list as needed.
/commandprefix reload - reloads the plugins config.yml
As well as the default "/help" you can use "!help":
