ClockSpeed [Update for Craftbukkit 1.13.2]

What does this plugin do?

Players can use the clock to get a temporary, fully customizable speed-boost.

You can adjust the speed value, buff duration and cooldown time.

Note:

Setting the cooldown time to 0 will remove the cooldown completely!

OPs will always be able to use the clock, no matter what permissions they have!

Permissions:

• clockspeed.use - Allowing players to use the clock.
