After hitting a Spider, there is a configurable chance that it will spawn its mighty Spider-Queen.
If the Queen hits you, there is also a configurable chance that she will infect you with spider eggs.
If the infection isn`t cured within a specified time with a golden apple, a bunch of Spiders breaks out of your chest, leaving you dead.

Wenn dich die Königin trifft, gibt es eine ebenfalls konfigurierbare Wahrscheinlichkeit dass diese dich mit Spinnen-Eiern infiziert.
Wenn die Infektion nicht innerhalb einer bestimmten Zeit mit einem Goldenen Apfel geheilt wird, brechen Spinnen aus deinem Brustkorb heraus, was dich tötet.
