Catmaster's Building & Stuff

this mod adds new building blocks, such as:

1. polished variants of blocks such as: stone, netherrack and calcite
2. brick varaints of: calcite, andesite, diorite, netherrack and granite
3. new "small" bricks, variants are: calcite, andesite, diorite, netherrack and granite
