Starts a global event where all players receive a random card.

🎲 Random Card Event

The /giveallrandom command:

• Starts a countdown

• Plays sound + title effects

• Assigns each player a random card

• Displays their card in the center of the screen

• Fully synchronized event for SMP gameplay
