Description

The 1.11.2 version can be found HERE Which included my extras mod as well. The new Carbs Extras Mod 1.12.2 can be found HERE

This 1.12.2 version only contains the Cookie Mod Items from that mod. I felt that both mods (Carbs Cookie Mod and Carbs Extras Mod) have enough content now to become separate mods and they have both been re-coded from the ground up for 1.12.2!

This mod features a lot of neat cookie related items. You'll find everything from cookies you can bake on a baking sheet all the way to making tools out of cookies. By rolling out your cookie dough you can cut and create using different shaped cookie cutters. There are even some special character cookies that give you special effects!

This mod comes with an anvil-like item of its own called the fixing bowl which can be used to repair Vanilla and Cookie Tools( hopefully other mods as well at some point ) without the exponential increase in levels required now by the vanilla anvil. Simply have the repair material in your inventory and sneak left click with your tool to repair. This will even repair vanilla bows as well as fishing rods and will work on items even if they are enchanted. Check out the tooltips for more information!

~~ New in 1.12.2 Version ~~

Vanilla / Cookie Related Survival and Starting Loot Boxes. This was a feature that was in the 1.11.2 version but was actually in the extras mod. They still exist in my extras mod but this mod also now has these neat tresure like boxes.

Trees! That's right we now have a very neat tree called Cocoa Trees which, when the wood is harvested, will have a chance to drop Cocoa Beans!

The Cocoa Trees will also spawn in the world (currently in the Tigia and Forest biomes). Shout out to GingrBeard for making the textures for these new tree blocks and items. Artist Plug

New Blocks :

Tree Related Blocks:

Cocoa Wood, Cocoa Planks, Cocoa Saplings, Cocoa Leaves

Chocolate Block:

This can be made by putting 9 Cocoa Beans in a crafting table much like an Iron Block. Its use is to make a new potion described below!

Suger Block:

This can also be made similar to the Chocolate Block whereas you put 9 sugar in the crafting table (one in each slot) and is also used when making a new potion below.

New Items:

Bottle of Chocolate:

This item when consumed will give the player Speed II for 30 seconds. It can be created using the Brewing Stand and the Chocolate Block!

Bottle of Frosting:

This item will also give a buff when consumed giving the player Haste II for 30 seconds.

New Configuration File:

This mod now includes both a text file config as well as the in-game config. The following options have been added to it:

Enable Tree Generation

Enable Food Stats: This shows the food and saturation values in all the food items in the mod. If you have AppleSkin installed you can turn this off as it is made for clients without that mod.

Configurable Fixing Bowl Repair Values: You can now change how much each material will repair when using both the crafting interface as well as the Fixing Bowls. Note: This value is per material as in how much durability is restored to the tool or item per one of the repair material.

Enable Character Cookies Special Effects: You can now disable these effects if you would like to! Holding shift when eating the cookies will also cancel any effects that are given too!

Show / Hide Character Cookies Special Effects: Don't want to reveal to everyone what each cookies effect is? Well, now you can hide all the effects. The tooltip where it would normally show the effect will be replaced with ????? hiding what it doe's when consumed.

Changes / Upgrades:

Rolling Pin:

The Rolling Pin no longer has a durability which means once you craft it, as long as you don't lose it, you can continue to use it forever!

Hunger and Raw Cookies:

The Hunger and Raw Cookies now have a look that has gotten smaller. They look more like unbaked cookies being smaller and are easier to identify when compared to a fully baked cookie.

The Cookie Sheet:

This is the item where you can bake up to 6 cookies at a time, has gotten a much better look! You'll notice that it is now a 3d model that will show no cookies when empty then 6 small cookies/dough balls when prepared. Finally, those 6 cookies will look full sized when you bake them and take them out of the furnace. Small but great new look! Another small tweak with the Cookie Sheet is that you can now remove unbaked cookies from the prepared sheet. Simply sneak right click to remove the unbaked cookies. Very similar to how you remove fully baked cookies.

Cookie Jar:

You can now add and remove full stacks from the Cookie Jar by simply left clicking the jar you can deposit up to a full stack at a time in to this thing! This was a feature that was requested a lot so I'm glad to have finally put it in!

Cookie Tools:

Each tool will now have the same name in this version meaning that the Cookie Crumbler (Pickaxe) regardless of the tier will have this name. However, to make them stand out the name of each tool will be shown in the different tier colors.

The tools XP system now works with most blocks including modded blocks! Blocks not found on the list in the tool will be placed in the "Other Blocks" category. The Cocoa Wood has been added to this list as it is a new block found in this mod.

Rotated blocks such as logs will now count as their base/unrotated block as far as categories go. This is an improvement that I've always wanted to fix. Prior to this version if you harvested a log on its side it wouldn't have given you XP or credit in the stats for having harvested the block.

The tooltip now has a simple view that is displayed by default. To clear up some of the screen clutter the tooltip has undergone some re-working. This involves having the list of blocks you've harvested being hidden unless you hold shift when looking at the tooltip. This is quite a nice change as the tooltip for the Cookie Crumbler (Pickaxe) would sometimes take up a lot of up and down screen space.

The Cookie tools ARE NOW REPAIRABLE IN THE CRAFTING TABLE! Huge request for this to happen and probably one of my favourite new features that I finally got working! Note: This is a shaped crafting recipe and will have to be done in a 3x3 crafting interface.

Cookie tools will keep enchantments and stats when being upgraded now! Prior versions to this the tools would lose this type of data.

Cookie tools will no longer break when they get to 0 durability. This now includes if you use the tool for breaking or hitting the wrong blocks/entities. There was a small bug in the 1.11.2 version where you could still break the tool if breaking or hitting something you don't usually use the tool for. This has been resolved!

Stat Eraser:

The stat eraser will now only erase the stats on your tool when used. Before this update enchantments would be removed so having this fixed is really nice! This item is used when you just want to reset your tool stats for some reason. Note: This is a shaped crafting recipe and needs to be done in the 3x3 crafting interface.

Character Cookies:

The Character Cookies have a whole new look and feel to them! They are now 3d models of each person instead of the flatten cookies they were before. This is mostly due to the textures not being able to be generated in that style any more by my self.

Skins and Names have been updated for these supporter cookies.

Food and saturation values have been fixed as they were supersaturated in the previous versions.

Cookie Ore:

The ore will now spawn in all 3 vanilla dimensions (Overworld, Nether and End) each with its own look to blend in with its surroundings.

Still 1 BlockID (Using Block Varients Now!)

On the tooltip when looking at the ore it will show you at what Y level you'll be able to find it now.

Modpack Usage:

This mod can be used in any mod pack that is non-paid, meaning players are not having to buy your mod pack some way or another. Also, this mod may not be decompiled and used to create your own mod or to tamper with pre-existing code ( Please don't steal people's mods! )
