BukkitPhones adds phone numbers into Minecraft. This allows the users to "call" each other and talk in a private chat. Everyone gets a unique 4 digit number, which can be used to call and receive calls. You can configure an emergency number in which your players can contact staff. The permission is still bukkitphones.911
