Import and export books to make edits and changes easier on staff!

Commands:

/bookmgr import <FileName> - Imports file from server plugin folder into book.
/bookmgr export - exports book in hand to file for updates and changes.

Permissions:

- bookmgr.import - Ability to import books from text file.
- bookmgr.export - Ability to export to text file.
- bookmgr.user - Allow user to see plugin information.

Current MCStats

This plugin sends statistics about the usage to the server http://mcstats.org/. This is anonymous data and is only used to show current servers that use the plugin for validation. You can disable it by setting the pluginmetrics/config.yml opt-out setting to true.
