Intro:
This plugin allows other players to poke or notify each other in order to get their attention. The plugin will sender a message and play a noise to let the player know that they have been poked.

| /bnotify | bnotify.info | shows info about the plugin. |
| /poke <playername> | bnotify.poke | pokes a certain player. |
| /poketoggle | bnotify.toggle | toggles if you accept pokes. |
| bnotify.exempt | any player with this permission cannot be poked. | |
| bnotify.* | anyone with this permission will have access to all BNotify features/commands. |
The config file is very simple there is only one entry. The number is the time in seconds that each player has to wait before they can poke another player.
