BlockHopper

This is still necessary for Deadbolt users.

A plugin to block the Hopper, as it can currently access chests without Lockette/Deadbolt authorization! This is only a temporary "fix" so that chest protection doesn't go out the window.

There is one config option, which sets whether or not the plugin will detect if a Hopper is being placed under a chest.

Features

Hoppers are blocked if under a container, or blocked altogether. This can be set by a config option.
