What is BE?
BE (BlockEffects) is a plugin to use for PVP or Survival. You can use blocks like: Gold Block, Diamond Block, Emerald Block and more to get an additional effect. Ofcourse you can allow the players to make their own blocks and use them, or they can receive some by buying them. It's up to you!

......................to > e.setCancelled(true);
This means when a block is placed on grass or snow, it won't disappear.

Usage
The blocks you see here above can be used to add an Effect.
It's very simple. You place the block you want to use. This block will be removed by the server, in place, you will receive an effect.
You can use as much as you want, but ofcourse you will need to mine or some other way to get these blocks.
(Maybe I could add an optional time limit in the future)
