BinniFenceCraftingFix

Description

This is a Binnie's Mods addon which restores fence recipes to the mod. Those were removed due to the massive lag caused by the existence of 63375 fence combinations (we love you, Binnie!). We made a custom dynamic recipe handler which is much faster than storing each recipe separately.

@Binnie567 restored recipes in 2.0-pre4. BinnieFenceCraftingFix is not longer needed.

@Binnie567 - you are welcome to include any of our code into your mod. We would, however, appreciate if you notify us about it.
