First Plugin I have ever made, so it is a simple one!
Ever wanted your players to be able to give themselves night vision with a simple command?
Want only certain players to be able to use the command?
How about being able to give others night vision? Look no further!

- Added option to remove particle effect in config.
3 options
On - All particles are enabled.
Local - The player cannot see his/her potion particles but can see others.
Global - Players cannot see any potion particles.

- Added Duration! Change the length of NightVision In Game!
Example:
/NV on 1800 - Will set duration to 1800 ticks.
/NV [playername] on 1800 - Will set duration for player for 1800 ticks
- Using "/NV on" with nightvision already enabled will reset the timer to the default length
Information:
Many servers have times where an admin is working on something and they don't want to effect the day night cycle, so he/she uses a night vision potion. But those only last for a short period of time. Sure, you could also use the command /effect <name> 16 1000 but let's be serious, wouldn't /NV on be much easier? Basic Night Vision is also good for servers who have donors, as an extra little perk. Also good for vanilla servers, as this plugin doesn't change the core game play. Basic night vision also allows you set how long you want each night potion effect to last. 1,000 ticks? 20,000 ticks? 500,000 ticks? Its up to you!
Permissions:
- nv.use - Allowed to use /nv on/off (Default: None)
- nv.op - Allowed to use /nv [playername] on/off and /nv on/off(Default: OP)
Commands:
- /NV off - Turns off NightVision (CAN'T be used in the console)
- /NV on - Turns on NightVision using default duration (CAN'T be used in the console)
- /NV on [Number] - Turns on NightVision using [Number] as duration in ticks. (CAN'T be used in the console)
- /NV [playername] off - Turns off NightVision for other players. (CAN be used in the console)
- /NV [Playername] on - Turns on NightVision for other players using default duration. (CAN be used in the console)
- /NV [Playername] on [Number] - Turns on NightVision for other players with [Number] as duration in ticks. (CAN be used in the console)
Configuration:
duration-in-ticks: 10000 - Sets the duration of each NightVision potion effect after using /NV on OR /Nv [Player] on
