That is a rebuilded version for Minecraft 1.12.2 of the old More Materials mod for 1.7.10-1.11 - https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/more-materials
But in my rebuilded verison you can find some new features and blocks, like:
1. New Brick Fences and Gates:
2. New Roofs:
3. Fixed Wattle and Daub
4. Paint Brush can change the color of Stained Brick Blocks now if right-clicked on these blocks (item is available only for creative)
5. New recipes for Roofs, Brick Fences and Gates
