atsHelp
Description
This plugin allows players to write a message with help request to admins. It work similary to "/helpop" command, but, one help request is saved and it will be avaible until admin marks it as done. Admin can also mark the request as "waiting" (default while player sends request), "fixing", "done" or "problem". Player know what status has his request. In addition there is a log file.
Events
There are included a few events, which react on chat message. This option can be turned off in config. Events are checking two first signs.
- '?' at start will send the request [alias for /gethelp].
- if second char is space, it will be normal chat message.
- '?!' at start will remove your request [alias for /helpremove].
- Text after this signs is ignored.
- '??' at start will check state of your request [alias for /helpinfo].
- Text after this signs is ignored.
Commands
- /helpme - global command.
- /gethelp <message> - sends a message to Admins.
- /helplist - lists of requests.
- /helpdone <nick> - command to mark NICK request as completed.
- /helpinfo - command to check status of your request.
- /helpstatus <nick> <status> - change the status of NICKs request to STATUS.
- /helpreload - reload the plugin configuration.
- /helpupdate - command for checking updates.
- /helpremove - remove your request only if it has the 'WAITING' status.
- /helpas <nick> <request> - send the request as other player.

Config
In config You can change the messages into your own and choose the color of commands shown in global command. You can turn on or off the update checker.
