Description

What does Weaponry do:

Weaponry is a Addon for Armory.

It adds the Materials of Tinkers Construct to the Armory Armor system,  expanding the default material list with 6 new Metals including the hottest one: Manyullyn.

How to Install:

Install SmithsCore (Get it Here)

Install Armory (Get it Here)

Install Tinkers Construct (Get it Here)

Install Armory - Weaponry (Check out the bar ad your right hand side for the Download!)

Features of this Addon:

  • Full compatibility with most of the default TiC metals (Cobalt, Ardite, Manyullun etc.)
  • Automatic conversion of materials registered to the TiC LiquidCasting-System (can be turned off in the config). This means that even if we did not program the metals in by hand like those named above, Armory can work with them as it will try to emulate the calculations we do when we add a metal into the game:
    • Will convert materials as long as it is possible to create a ingot out of the liquid using the TableCasting mechanism in TiC
    • Properties and variables are calculated on the fly, while you start your game.
    • Colors of the metals are calculated from there Ingot color. This might cause some issues when it attempts to convert the color to the ToolTip color. This can be fixed by changing the variables in the appropriate material configuration file that Armory always generates on startup.

 So what is still on your TODO-list?

  • Add the possibility to craft Tinkers Construct Tool Parts using the Armory Crafting System
  • Add the possibility to craft the Armory Parts in the Tinkers Construct Crafting System
  • Add a hard mode
The red points are the active tasks that have to be solved before the next release. The orange ones are the points i will focus on when there is some time free either before or after that. And the green points are thing to be done in the future ones this project goes actually gets out of its Beta state.

 Other Modules for Armory?

Currently there are the following modules for Armory available:

  • Armory - Armoring the World.
    The core Armory mod, provides all the blocks, mechanics, items and the Vanilla materials for the Armory System. Without this module no other Module will work in your Environment!
  • Armory - World
    This module adds the commonly used Metals, like copper and tin, to Armory, it generates those ores on demand if required.

How to Install

Download Forge & Java

Download Forge from the offical Site or here. If you dont have Java installed then install it now from here. After Downloading Forge you can run the file with Java.

Prepare

Lounch Minecraft and select your Forge istallation as Version this will create a Folder called Mods.

Add Mods

Type Win+R and type %appdata% and open the .minecraft Folder. There will you find your Folder called Mods. Place all Mods you want to play in this Folder

Enjoy

You are now Ready. Re-start your Game and start Playing.
