Armor Sets

This mod allows you to quick switch between two sets of armor. You can switch instantly while fighting, crafting or looking at your inventory using a keyboard button of your choice or use the swap button in your inventory.

Do you have many kinds of armor from other mods and are annoyed by manually switching between them? Do you want to tailor armor with enchantments for specific use cases and swap on the fly? Then this is the right mod for you!

The mod adds an extra, hidden set of armor slots that is an expansion of the inventory. When you press the defined key or the button in the inventory, the active set is instantly swapped with the hidden set.

The default keyboard button is "v", you can change it in the standard controls menu.

Config Options

There are multiple config options that can be changed by editing the file ".minecraft\saves\<your_world>\serverconfig\armorsets-server.toml" (replace <your_world> with the world for which to change the option).

The options are

• followVanillaKeepInventoryRule:
  If set to true, the option "keepArmorSetOnDeath" will be ignored and the armor set will be either dropped or kept depending on the vanilla gamerule "keepInventory".
  The default value is true.
• keepArmorSetOnDeath:
  If set to true, the extra armor set will not be dropped on death but remain in the inventory.
  The default value is false.
• showSwapSetsButtonInInventory (only available since 1.0.2.0):
  If set to true, a button in the inventory will be displayed that swaps the armor sets when pressed.
  The default value is true.

The mod needs to be installed both on client and server.
