This mod adds in extra stuff for Minecraft!
Armour and Tools:
- Quartz Armour and Tools
- Emerald Armour and Tools
- Obsidian Armour and Tools
- Redstone Armour and Tools
- Lapis Armour and Tools
- Nether Brick Tools
- Horse Armour: Chainmail, Quartz, Redstone, Lapis, Emerald and Obsidian
More information:
- Quartz Armour and Tools (Armour set bonus: Fire Resistance)
Qualities are sort of in-between iron and diamond. Fire resistance because you get quartz in the nether.
- Emerald Armour and Tools (Armour set bonus: 25% Off)
Less durability than diamond but is more efficient. Villagers give you 25% off on their trades because they love those emeralds you have...
- Obsidian Armour and Tools (Armour set bonus: Fire Resistance but Slowness)
Loads more durability than diamond and more damaging. Tools are slow. Fire resistance and slowness because, you know, obsidian rocks are heavy.
- Redstone Armour and Tools (Armour set bonus: Haste)
Just a little more durability than iron, fast but not too damaging. Haste because redstone is fast.
- Lapis Armour and Tools
Higher durability than redstone but lower than emerald. Very good enchantability, quicker swing than diamond but slightly less damaging.
- Nether Brick Tools
The same as stone tools, just made from nether bricks.
How the new horse armour is obtained (by crafting).
Blocks:
- Glass Slabs and Stairs
Need to be mined with silk touch otherwise they will break.
- Redstone Slabs and Stairs
Act as a redstone source.
- Slime Slabs and Stairs
Can bounce on them.
- Glowstone Slabs and Stairs
Will drop glowstone dust if mined without silk touch.
- Smooth Stone Stairs
- Concrete Slabs and Stairs
- Obsidian Doors
Recipes:
- Chainmail
Crafted with iron ingots to make chainmail sheets. These allow you to craft chainmail armour.
- Saddle
Crafted with leather and iron ingots.
- Slabs
Every slab ingame can be reversed back into blocks!
- Packed Ice
Can now be crafted with ice.
- Cobwebs
Are now crafted using string.
- Nametags
Crafted using a feather, ink sac. leash and some paper.
More information:
Foods:
- Calamari
Drops from squids and can be cooked. Raw calamari has a chance to poison the player for a few seconds.
- Horse Meat
Drops from horses and can be cooked. About the same saturation and hunger as cooked and uncooked beef.
- Chocolate
Crafted from cocoa beans and milk buckets. Currently has no other purpose yet than eating.
Items:
- Spawn Eggs
From Left to Right: Ender Dragon; Wither; Giant Zombie; Illusioner; Snow Golem; Iron Golem;
- Porkchops
Zombie Pigmen drop an amount of porkchops between 1 and 5.
- Enchantment Descriptions
When holding shift over an enchanted item or book, it shows you what the enchantment does and where it can be applied.
Ores:
- MultiOre
When broken, has a chance to become coal, iron ingots, gold ingots, redstone, emeralds, lapis or diamonds! Spawns rarely in small clusters.
WorldGen:
- Stalagmites and Stalactites
(At the minute) They spawn as only stone and are one block high. They can spawn in any biome and drop cobblestone when mined without silk touch.
- Caves
Different biomes will have different block spawn down below. Mesa (badlands) will have terracotta and red sand, desert will have sandstone and sand, taiga will have snow, etc. as caves at the moment are a bit bland.
Misc
- Config File
In your .minecraft/config folder, there should be a TOML file called "aliketools-common". In that you can customise different things about the mod (I will be adding more features/entries soon).

How to Install
Download Forge & Java
Download Forge from the offical Site or here. If you dont have Java installed then install it now from here. After Downloading Forge you can run the file with Java.
Prepare
Lounch Minecraft and select your Forge istallation as Version this will create a Folder called Mods.
Add Mods
Type Win+R and type %appdata% and open the .minecraft Folder. There will you find your Folder called Mods. Place all Mods you want to play in this Folder
Enjoy
You are now Ready. Re-start your Game and start Playing.
