Alex's Caves rad fork

This is a fork of Alex's Caves with the radiation and acid protection set to use tags instead of item ids. This item will be archived once the capability is added to upstream Alex's Caves. Please support the original creators instead of me.

Currently adds:

• Radiaction protection item tag, "rad_protective_armor".
• Acid protection item tag, "acid_protective_armor".
• Radioactive items with the following item tags:
  • weak_radioactive_items
  • radioactive_items
  • strong_radioactive_items

All of these use the ModID "alexscaves".
