If you are playing with server. just install this mod in server's 'mods' folder. You don't need to put into your client.
If you are playing single mode . You need to put this mod into your client 'mods' folder.
Check config/aggressive-chickens.cfg
This mod can also make chickens' behave like ender men by enabling ’AngryWhenBeingStaredByPlayer‘ in config file
