A admin plugin for bukkit servers. Intended for servers which needs/wants more controll over player commands!

Breaf explanation: players.all <- The all is the world you want the permissions underneath to take effect in! so for example if your world is called "xxGameMapxx" then if you want the below to effect in the overworld/normal world only then you write instead of all, you write xxGameMapxx. In the nehter: xxGameMapxx_nether and the end xxGameMapxx_the_end
