The Kronas have a chance to drop from most vanilla hostile mobs as well as mobs from Creeper Overhaul & Variants & Ventures.
The Driver's License is craftable.
The Driver's License and the Time Waste block don't serve any purpose, and are gimmick items used in the Dwarfz 6 modpack.
The Time Waste block is fully based on the Waste Drum from Alex's Caves, the texture is a modified version of the Waste Drum. Sounds are ripped from that as well. Full credit to the Alex's Caves team.
