A Difficult Night Adds new varieties of zombies that spawn in hordes.


 New in 1.2 version

Grouped zombie (blue eyes) - The most similar to vanilla zombie, but less attack and life, but in a higher number

  • Spawn in groups of 8 to 14 zombies (Is too much??)
  • 16 health points
  • 2attack points and 4 armor points

Tough zombie (carmine eyes) - The weakest of the mod, but stronger than vanilla zombies

  • Spawn in groups of 3 to 5 zombies
  • 24 health points
  • 3 attack points and 5 armor points
  • Higer field of view (50 blocks)

 

Rude zombie (brown eyes) - Intermediate mod level

  • Spawns in groups of 2 to 3 zombies
  • 35 health points
  • 4 attack points and 5.5 armor points
  • 5% chance to spawn with Iron Sword
  • 10% chance to appear with Iron Helmet
  • 10% chance to appear with Iron Chestplate

 

Mighty zombie (purple eyes) - The strongest of the mod

  • Spawn in groups of 1 to 3 zombies
  • 40 health points
  • 5 attack points and 6 armor points
  • 1% chance to spawn with Diamond Sword
  • 20% chance to appear with Iron Helmet
  • 15% chance to appear with Iron Chestplate

 

Infected zombie (green eyes) - Attributes similar to Tough Zombie

  • Spawn solo 25 health points
  • 3 attack points and 5 armor points
  • Upon death, it causes Poison effect (5 seconds) in a radius of 2 blocks and leaves a block of mycelium where it dies.

 

Loot

All zombies can leave a random loot:

  • rotten flesh
  • carrots
  • potatoes
  • iron and gold ingots
  • Golden Carrot (3%) for the Mighty Zombie.

How to Install

Download Forge & Java

Download Forge from the offical Site or here. If you dont have Java installed then install it now from here. After Downloading Forge you can run the file with Java.

Prepare

Lounch Minecraft and select your Forge istallation as Version this will create a Folder called Mods.

Add Mods

Type Win+R and type %appdata% and open the .minecraft Folder. There will you find your Folder called Mods. Place all Mods you want to play in this Folder

Enjoy

You are now Ready. Re-start your Game and start Playing.
